MESSAGE ORCHESTRATOR (NEW FREESPEE)

Last updated at

Our Message Orchestrator tool will offer you the possibility to create reactions to specific events, such a call terminating, and send emails or sms to callers or agents with multiple scenarios, contemplating a wide range of selectable data and filters to ensure the right people receive the right message.

Let's get building!

Once you access the Message Orchestrator for the first time, you'll see a blank page where your future Workflows will be shown. Use the "Create workflow" button to start setting the rules and conditions for the messages you wish to send.

In the next step you can select the trigger for the message, like "incoming call ends":

Once you start building, you can select the different behaviours that you are interested in. First step is to select to send an sms or an email. After this, you can select if the Workflow you are building, and these rules, will apply to all your accounts in your Organisation, or only a selected account/accounts.

Don't worry though, after selecting these you can change your mind during the process at any time, using the handy icons to this purpose, or even add more reactions in the same Workflow.

Once you start editing your message, you can select the Criteria that will trigger this reaction (the message being sent) from an array of options as:

Call duration: Decide how long the call has to be for a message to be sent
Call status: Choose if this applies to answered or missed calls
Number type: Select between Dynamic and Static numbers
First visited URL: First visited url we logged for the caller
Last visited URL: First visited url we logged for the caller
Referrer URL: The url that drove the visitor to your website, prior to when our session started

Once you are happy with the criteria added to this workflow, you can start working on the sms or email to be sent. The options are slightly different based on what option you selected.

STEP 1 ( EMAIL SETUP)

From name: Name to be shown to receivers

From email address: Email address shown as sender

Email subject: the subject line of your email

Who should receive this email: select specific addresses if available

To email address (or macro): specific receivers or macros as recipient for the email

STEP 2 (EMAIL CONTENT)

Email template: select from available templates in your account (html templates)

Title: Title of the email

Body: email text and body

Remember: You can add predefined macros when creating these notifications to autofill certain values like call duration or geolocation area.

STEP 1 (SMS SETUP)

Sender name: name to be shown as the sender

Text message: the content of the sms

Unsubscribe link description: Defaults as "Unsubscribe here: " and follows with the unsubscribe link.

To which phone number should the SMS be sent: Who will be the recipient of the sms (for example, caller number).

Remember: You can add predefined macros when creating these notifications to autofill certain values like call duration or geolocation area.

And that's it! Your first Workflow is all set. Remember you can add multiple outcomes in one single Workflow or you can create separate ones to be handled individually. Once a Workflow is created, you can deactivate it at any time using the flag below:
