How will a call be matched in Google analytics?

When the Google Analytics Workflow is activated, this is how a call will be matched in Google Analytics. Freespee will feed your calls into your Google Analytics standard report into Behaviour > Events. The event category pushed is ”Freespee calls”.

This is what we will send for a call (an Event):

Event Category: Freespee Calls
Event Action: [Medium]
Event Label: Answered / Missed
Event Value: Call Duration defined in seconds

Please note that Freespee does not get access to your Google Analytics account data.
