You can add Google AdWords keywords to the Freespee dashboard and reports to get more detailed information on where your calls came from.
This is how to do it:
First, make sure that you have the Google Analytics App activated. If not, this article will help you step by step: Enabling Google Analytics integration
Since Google made security changes, Making search more secure, the Campaign Term needs to be added. This term is used to note the keywords for paid search, and it is the utm_term in the URL.
You can add the keyword tracking to Freespee by using Valuetrack in Google AdWords.
If you add the parameter utm_term to your ad landing page URL together with the Valuetrack keyword, Freespee will automatically extract the keyword from the URL and add it to the Freespee Dashboard and reports.
All data from Valuetrack that you add to your URL have to be contained within matching braces { }. See example below.
Example: http://www.example.com/?utm_term={keyword}

That's all! After adding the utm_term to your URLs, Freespee will automatically extract the keywords and add them to your interface and reports.
If you, for some reason, do not want to use utm_term, there is another way of adding keywords. If you have activated or re-activated the Google Analytics app in Freespee's platform after 2015-04-14, you can use the keyword as the query string parameter in your URL:s instead of utm_term. For example: http://www.example.com/?keyword={keyword}
