This guide will help you get started with the Freespee Call Tracking app for Wordpress.
Activate the Wordpress plugin
Install our plugin from the Wordpress plugin directory, https://wordpress.org/plugins/freespee-call-tracking.
Retrieve your Freespee customer ID
1. Log in to Freespee and open the Settings tab.
2. Your customer ID is found in the tracking code snippet, simply copy the ID from the text.
Add your customer ID into Wordpress
Log in to your Wordpress admin interface, navigate to the submenu Freespee located in the Settings menu. Add the customer ID that you copied in the previous step:
If your account is on Analytics 2 or 3, you will need to add one of the lines below into the Additional JS config box
For Analytics 2
__fs_conf.push(['freespeeHost', '//analytics2.freespee.com/']);
For Analytics 3
__fs_conf.push(['freespeeHost', '//analytics3.freespee.com/']);
