Remove user from customer account

If you want to remove access to a Freespee customer account, and prevent a user from logging in, follow these steps:

1. If you are a master account holder, find the customer in the Accounts tab or by searching for it.


2. Open the Settings tab of the account.


3. Click on the tab Users 


4. Find the user whose access you want to revoke and click Remove user.

Finally, confirm by clicking Yes.

The user is now removed and will not be able to login anymore.
