How to create a ticket?

First of all, make sure you're signed in. The details are the same as for your Freespee account. Help I forgot my password. If you come directly from the Helpdesk or Support tab in your Freespee account, you will be signed in automatically.

To add a ticket simply hit the Create a ticket button.

Start typing the issue that you've stumbled upon, and all related topics from the knowledge base will appear instantly. This functionality not only enables you to find the answer to your question a lot quicker but also get additional information and useful tips and tricks.

If you can't find what you are looking for in the suggested articles, type your question in the description field and press Submit.
