For Master account holders there is extended reporting available in the Reports tab. You will find the Reports tab in the top-left corner of the page when logged in to your Freespee account.
Here you can access reports such as the Call summary report, the Customer report or the Traffic log report. A description of each report's content will be visible when you hover over the report name.
When you have picked the report that suits your needs and, when applicable selected a time period, you can choose to show the report for one specific customer or for all your customers.
All settings set? At the bottom of the page you can choose to display the result on your screen or extract it to CSV. To CSV gives you the possibility to open the report in for example Excel, for custom sorting and filtering. In Excel, select Data - Text to columns. The columns are separated with a semicolon ";".
