Details for your calls; the user journey

For detailed call information we recommend you to have a look in the User Events tab in Freespee.

In this tab you'll be able to see all the calls you’ve received in a set time period, with detailed information about:

  • Caller's phone number
  • Date, time and duration of the call
  • Customer journey – how the caller has come to your site
  • Status – answered or missed
  • Call recordings (if applicable)

You can add a comment to every single lead/call.

Please note that, according to the data protection law, only end customers are allowed to see callers' full numbers. Thus, the User Events tab is not accessible for the holders of Master accounts.
