To reactivate a quarantined source, please follow these steps:
1. If you are a Master account holder, find the customer via the Accounts tab or by searching for it.
2. Open the Numbers tab, scroll down to Inactive numbers (Not to be confused with Archived sources – those are the ones that have already been returned to the number pool and are listed here just for your reference) and click Show.
3. Choose the number you want to reactivate and click Show details.
4. Scroll down and click Reactivate source. Done! The number is active again.
