We are happy to announce our new Audience feature!
Audience. Allows you to create distinct user groups that are called “Audience” based on specific criteria, by pairing audiences with other Kaisa offerings (currently Message Orchestrator and Survey), this will allow you to improve your engagement strategies and achieve personalization at scale.
The ability to build user groups will provide enhanced visibility into clusters of users who exhibit similar behavior and enable you to create and enhance user engagement strategies.
Steps to create and use an audience:
- Step 1
Build an Audience that includes everyone who called the dealers after visiting the AV1 page and call it “AV1 Potential Buyers” (as an example).
After building the Audience, the AV1 Potential Buyers will be shown in the Audience pages on the platform. The card shows that the Audience has the criteria set previously.
The card shows the creator of the audience, the workflows it's used in, and the criteria for the audience.
- Step 2
Go to Message Orchestrator and set a workflow to send an SMS to the “AV1 Potential Buyers” triggered by “call ends” event.
- Triggering event: “A call ends”
- Criteria: select the “EV1 Potential Buyers” from the list of Audiences. The Audience criteria are presented when selecting the Audience (i.e. Call Status and Last Visited URL in this example)
- Step 3
Save and continue with setting workflows as usual.
