Whether you are onboarding a new member in your team or you notice that someone from your team does not have access to our Freespee dashboard yet, please reach out to our support team (email@example.com) to help you create a user.
We will require a few details to create the new user, as in
* the master account name/id
* the email address of the user
* the required level of access (read-only or read and write (full master access))
Please note that users with read-only access are not able to make any changes in the account/ reports and the view is somewhat limited (i.e. call recordings and other functionalities may not be accessible). You who reach out to us should ideally be a user with full master access to help us verify the new access request, otherwise please feel free to loop in someone with the required access.
Once the access has been created, the new user will receive an activation email from our support team to complete the process and set up a password for the account. If you lose access to the account, please try the 'forgot password' option as we are not able to reset it directly for you.
If the forgot password solution does not work for you please reach out to our support and we can remove your account and re-add it again. Please know that in this case you will need to set up your personal login again as well as eventually saved customised templates in the reporting tool.
It is also possible to grant access to someone on a subaccount level, this is something you can set up from your end as well within the Freespee dashboard and the access is limited to the specific subaccount where the user is added. You can add the user in the subaccount settings in the section 'users'.
