You may have noticed (and maybe even got confused by) the fact that Kaisa has indeed two Dashboards. We released our new Dashboard some time ago, where we show some our newest solutions and, essentially, where most of your data will be displayed. However, not every functionality exists in our new Dashboard (yet) so we still have our Classic Dashboard for smaller tasks, like handling your accounts, creating Static numbers, and setting up integrations.
Our new Dashboard, where tools like Monitor for Visualisations, or Explore to access all your call data, is what you should see by default when accessing our platform.
However you can access the Classic Kaisa Dashboard using the switch button on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
You can access our Classic Dashboard if you need to set integrations, create Static numbers, add or change allowed numbers, or set any Workflows that you can't set yet in our Engagement Builder.
We are constantly working on moving features to our new Dashboard, and we'll let you know as we migrate things around (we'll always announce it in advance in the dashboard so you are aware where certain functions are moving).
